Meet Brendan
From the firehouse and the sales floor to the coaching chair.
Brendan Brown is a personal-development coach who specializes in meditation and enhanced productivity for sales professionals, entrepreneurs, and anyone ready to grow. His path to coaching was never a straight line — it ran through a firehouse, a sales floor, and a lot of real relationships.
The long way here
The path
Santa Monica born and Culver City raised, Brendan had a fully-backed path to Boise State waiting for him — and chose the Air Force instead. He served as a firefighter for eleven years: four active-duty, then seven more as a civilian contract firefighter for the military. Partway through, he realized it wasn't what he wanted for the rest of his life.
So in his twenties he taught himself business, sales, and investing, got his real-estate license, and cut his teeth in single- and multi-family. One year he sold $36.5 million in inventory and was recognized in the Los Angeles Business Review Journal and the San Fernando Times. Anticipating a market change in the real-estate industry, he moved into solar, where he was consistently one of the top reps on his team and across his district.
Today he's an ICF-trained coach and a Core Essentials graduate. The through-line across all of it — firefighting, sales, investing, coaching — is that the results came through relationships, and through the discipline to actually do the work.

How he works
The doing and the being.
Brendan holds two things most coaches split apart — and the balance between them is the whole point.
The doing
KPIs, structure, quantifiable objectives, and the discipline to follow through. More people should build this way — most growth stalls without it.
The being
Meditation, presence, and the spontaneity to notice what's in front of you. You never know who you'll meet — and most meaning gets lost without it.
Track record
Earned the unconventional way.

Sales-revenue lift for clients
Beyond the numbers, clients consistently report more clarity, vision, and internal peace — and several have let go of alcohol, cannabis, or cigarettes entirely, of their own accord.

A story he tells
It started with groceries. Coming out of a Smith's in Las Vegas, Brendan stopped to buy a piece of landscape art from a dealer on his way out. That dealer introduced him to someone opening a salsa studio; the salsa teacher introduced him to someone in real estate; a networking event led to a property manager, who led to the agent who found him a rental property — one he doubled in value and that helped him retire in his thirties.
He wasn't thinking about real estate. He was buying art. “You can't get more mundane than a grocery run,” he says — and that's exactly the point. Structure and hustle matter. So does showing up with genuine curiosity, because you never know who you'll meet.
